IDv3 tags

Postby Tak178 on Thu Mar 26, 2009 9:46 pm

Is there any player in Linux that supports auto creation of mp3 tags? I am really tired of having to use EasyTag, and it really doesn't work well. I know that because of FOSS, this is probably a stupid question.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Perhaps the "StarTrek" one here (Picard)

Looking for "auto creation of mp3 tag ubuntu" ends up several times on a site called wareseeker.com - I strongly advice against using software from that source - the name implies "warez" and that's bad..... (and I'm not thinking primarily about the legal side of things)

Sounds like it's probably not an option. Oh well. Looks like I'll be practicing my typing skills!

Thanks Husse!

Did you look at the "picard solution" in the link - I think that's OK software

Compiling and looking for dependencies hasn't been my strong suit... :(
