System Tray Error Message [SOLVEd]

Hi!

I have Gloria x32 Final and every boot gnome sends a message:
i couldn't detect any system tray on this system.

But all programs are up and running. I cant see any errors.
Google and this Forum dont know this Error.

any Hint for me?

but i have found the mistake.
a program in the "gnome autostart" send me the error message.
i have disabled the program and now there is no error message anymore.
