Avant WM

Postby civint on Fri Jun 08, 2007 11:26 am

I appreciate that this is a work in progress, buts I downloaded the version of avant wm from here

http://blog.paulbetts.org/index.php/2007/02/01/avant-window-navigator-for-ubuntu-edgy/

and when I load it it doesn't display some of the icons that it minimises, and it takes up about a quarter of the screen with a big black bar, where the 'window tracker' abides....

any help?

Are you running Beryl? Does'nt Avant need it to display properly?

Civint I have a feeling you use Cassandra which is Feisty - but it may work anyhow

I'm currently using the svn version, it's working great. I found the instructions here:
