how to uninstall mint files

Hi might seem like a really stupid question.....but how do i uninstall apps installed using mintinstall?Thanks in advance

Simple Commandline Way:

1) Open a terminal

2) type "sudo apt-get remove applicationname" (without quotes)


Graphical Way:

1) Open Synaptic (Install Software)

2) For the filters in the lower left, choose "Status"

3) Find the application

4) Right Click and select "Remove" or "Uninstall" (I forget which one it is)

thanks for that much obliged. I hope in the future mintinstall will actually be accessed through the mintmenu and uninstall will be a one click job. Im not scared of the command line but it would be so much easier.

Mintinstall will come with some uninstall feature in the future, don't know when though
