Ok, this is do-able
1: Resize the extended partition (sda4) so that it takes up the unallocated space
2: Move the two logical partitions (sda5 and sda6) to the start of the resized partition
3: resize the extended partition again so that you have 19.59 GiB of unallocated space after it
4: resize your FAT32 partition (sda3) to use up the unallocated space
You'll probably need to run update-grub afterwards

Do the partition editing from either a LiveCD or get a copy of GParted Live (recommended). Based on my past partition work, I strongly recommend doing one operation thru completion before starting on the next operation. I do not recommend "ganging" partition operations together.
