Just installed LinuxMint 8. Looks great except I'm unable to add any calendar items to Lightning. It just doesn't seem to be working.
Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know of a resolution?

I also experienced this issue. I believe I finally got it working by uninstalling and then re-installing all the add-ons through the Tools/Add-ons menu in Thunderbird. Lightning is now syncing with my Google calendar.
