When running my Update Manager, it tells me it's downloading 1 of 24 files. It then scrolls by so fast I can't read it other than to see some of them fail. I have been able to get enough of a glimps to see that most of the failed ones have to do with translations. BTW, I skipped loading the language packs on install. So, my questions are:

1) What am I seeing (or not seeing)
2) How can I see the files scrolling by so fasts
3) How can I fix or disable the failed ones

Do you, by any chance, have your language set to UK or British English?

I've had the same issue with every Ubuntu-based distro I've used. It doesn't seem to cause any problems other than the error messages you're seeing.

I just have English (United States) installed.
