Linux Kernal 2.6.32 is still on RC8 (release candidate stages) as of Nov. 19.

The Linux Kernel 2.6.32 is due to be released later today (Dec. 3rd)

I don't think anyone has tried it yet, as upgrading to a new kernel can sometimes 'break' your OS.
Most people will wait until the new kernel has been tried and tested first.
And that's only if you like being on the 'bleeding edge' of Linux development.

I stay on the 'edge' of Linux with a Debian (testing) OS ... I added mega-repositories and upgraded too much last week and 'b0rked' my whole system.
I thought my computer was gonna explode. I had to clean out and re-store my system from scratch.
If only I had listened to others more experienced than I ?
