I'm working on a Operative System version for laptops and netbooks with educational content. Is based on ubuntu (edubuntu) specifically, but several users are complaining about user interface.
I have been using linux mint since version 5, and i'm very comfortable with it's user inteface (along with other mint adavantages) but I'm a system administrator with a lot of experience, so it's no biggy for me.
I wan to try and create (with the help of the comunity) a Mint Edu Version, just as linux mint is based with ubuntu, this one should be based with edubutu but with the classic linux mint user interface and tools
Could you point me in the direction of documentation for this task?
I have been roaming arround the wiki but found nothing just yet, perhaps I've looked in the wrong places..
Thanks.. R

Re: Linux Mint Edu version
Might be worthwhile sending Husse or Clem a PM about this.
