Paltalk Express

Post by mahutchinson »

I've used this before on Linux and have just installed Mint 8, 64 bit version but when I try and use Paltalk Express now it tells me that the architecture is wrong and the OS does not support it and I need to upgrade Adobe Flash. There are several versions of the package for linux, deb, rpm, tar etc. but none seem to work. I thought that the deb should be the one but it does not seem to be. When I look at package manager there is a Mint 64 bit Flash installation already showing so I'm a bit baffled.

The 64 bit flash package is a lower version that what is available for 32 bit systems. You could try removing the 64 bit flash and installing the 32 bit and see if that takes care of the problem. Just an idea. :)
