Shrinkta Crash

I am having a problem with Shrinkta, it worked the very first time I used it flawlessly and quickly, now it just crashes. with this error output: libdvd-ERROR **: user data1 or libdvd-ERROR **: user data2. I tried Googling and searching various forums. I reinstalled twice, once I reinstalled Mint 8 x64 and then I went to the 32 bit version. Still crashes.

Ubuntuzilla is the easiest way to upgrade Firefox.
