My question is! What command shall i write in terminal to update it to the latest version?

What do you mean by you are using an old version? Mint currently uses ver 1.75 and the newest version is 1.92, no idea what the difference is.
The easiest way to get the latest version and receive future updates is to add their PPA https://edge.launchpad.net/~transmissionbt/+archive/ppa
Which is explained on that page: just goto Software Sources and add and then right click on the mint update icon and click reload and it should then have the updated version.
