Use the installation instructions here:
http://brlcad.svn.sourceforge.net/svnro ... nk/INSTALL
And the file
doc/README.Linux -- Various Linux distributions
in the .bin file to compile the program.

Installation
instructions based
on that url above is
complicated, are
there an easier way
of installation using
apt-get?

If it's not in the repos, check Launchpad for a PPA. If it's in neither, then you're stuck doing it the hard way.
