seamonkey install error

I am trying to install seamonkey but get an error. -618 cannot open xpistub library:libxpcom.so cannot open shared object file.
Is this referring to the old x windows libs?

I remember this problem on another distro, (cannot remember which one) I
believe I went here to solve problem:
