I can't run VueScan

Postby kazhanchik on Fri Sep 28, 2007 2:35 pm

Hello.

Would somebody help me?
I try to run Vuescan (with double click) - nothing.

From console with ./vuescan got this message

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I wrote a letter to the author and described the problem.

Here is his answer
You probably need some additional libraries. I think there's
a linux command to check for what libraries are needed (or
missing), but I don't recall the details.

Regards,
Ed Hamrick

Linux Mint 3.0, kernel 2.6.20-16.
Asus A6R

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
Thank YOU.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
