Hi,
I wanted to remove gecko-mediaplayer, Synaptic asked to remove mint-meta-main and mint-meta-codecs also, I agreed because these were meta packages , so I removed these 3 packages.
Now I want to reinstall mint-meta-main, Synaptic tells me that I need to install mint-meta-codecs first, but I can't install mint-meta-codecs because gecko-mediaplayer is not installed and the big problem is I can't find this package in synaptic to install .
So now how could I reinstall these 3 packages?
Thanks for your help .

You could run in terminal
I am using LMDE so I do not have mint-meta-main and mint-meta-codecs to check for reference, but you could run them with the apt-get install command in the same manner, if necessary.
Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install gecko-mediaplayer
