I guess you are talking about LMDE?
If that's the case the answer would be never; Debian doesn't use Firefox for branding issues, has Iceweasel (basically an unbranded version of Firefox) that atm is in v. 3.5.16 in squeeze and sid and 3.6.13 in experimental.
So we have to wait for Clem to give us Firefox4 in the Mint repos

Since Firefox 4 hasn't been released, and indeed I haven't seen even a proposed release date, it's very hard to say. I doubt beta versions will ever be in the repos.
