Rhytmbox changes bitrate of songs syncing with Android phone
So I figured out how to synch my HTC Inspire 4g Android phone. Before I got the Android phoen I synced all my itunes music to Rhythmbox and it all shows 256kbps. However when I sync this same music to my Android phone I now have, the bitrate is changed to much lower quality. Hown can I keep this from happening? Just a minor issue I guess. I am new to linux but I am loving this opensource thing! Replaced MAC OS X on MacBook with Linux Mint 10...check. Replaced Iphone 4 with Android Phone....Check

Not your question but can you explain how you managed to sync your Android phone to Rythmbox? Have been trying to sync my LG 540GT but not succeeded.

I just connected it via usb and set it to show as a mass storage device and then Mint asked me if I wanted to open RhythmBox to sync the music
