When will we be getting kernel 2.6.38?

Hello,

I've been using Mint for a few years now and I've been reading some interesting stuff on the new "Wonder Patch" included in the new 2.6.38 kernel.

Does anyone know when it'll be included for us Mint 10 users?

make a back up of all important data and try the latest at your own risk

in saying that, ive been running lm10 gnome ,lm9 and lm10 kde (64bit) with the latest 2.6.38rc5 and have experianced no issues. it seems to be running smooth so far.

The 2.6.38 kernel is at rc4, so not for a while.
