What program do I use to get Dazzle DVC 107 working

I am using Cheese right now, but if I have the settings on the highest resolution, it doesnt record my gameplay fully (it will lag alot and not record) and when I hit record it is black and white, can someone help? I am using Linux Mint Julia

I've done a little research, and I think I may have an answer - but I need more information.

please connect the device, then run this command in a terminal:

It should be in usbutils

• Use your package manager or apt to install that selection of utilities..
