Error using update to report

Hi friends,

I am getting the following error message. 1) How do I report it and/or 2) what do I do?

A unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:

E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.canonical.com_ubuntu_dists_feisty-commercial_main_binary-i386_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Please start a new topic for a new topic
It seems that the file in question has been corrupted.
Remove it or perhaps better move it temporarily to, lets say, the Desktop and see what happens.
