computer application to phone application
Is it possible to have a software that changes a computer application to mobile phone app? like change a pc web browser to run in my android?

The SDK (software development kit) for Linux needs to be compiled on your machine, be sure to read the system requirements and the installation guide first, they tell you about needing other files and libraries pre-installed.
The Developers Guide tab is the place, even a Web Apps category. There are tutorials in the Resources section. Oh, and the Video section too.
