radio streams in amarok

I am adding my own radio stations to amarok. I have found the url's for BBC radio 1 and 2 but I cant find the smaller local stations. Does anyone know a site that lists these url's or tell me how to find the url from the radio web pages. Thanks guys

Alternatively try Exaile. It has many radio stations built in.

I use streamtuner to find the station I want and it calls xmms to play the stream. While playing in xmms, you can right click on the track title and you can show the URL. Cut and paste wherever you need it. I put them in a Tomboy note with a description so they are always just a click or 2 away.
