problem to install Barracuda VPN client

Hi,

I have problem to instal .deb package of Barracuda VPN client. After i start to install i receive message "error in version:version number does not start with digit". Look on the screenshot.
Could someone to help me , please.

Or better, is here someone who has working Barracuda VPN client x64 version for LinuxMint 12 ?

This looks like an error in the package and you should probably contact the developer for help.

Do you also have VMWare player installed?

If so, try uninstalling that first, then reinstalling Barracuda VPN client. - Not sure if that helps but I have it done the other way round and now experiencing interferences.

will switching to another VPN help u, instead of getting troubles from this vpn try other free versions available like hidemyass or cyberghost vpn etc.. I have experienced both of those as quite reliable and easy to use... thanks
