Screenlet problem?

i have downloaded and installed mint 12
now i want to use screenlets and have loaded them ,when i load onto desktop the ones i would like i can not move them around desktop ,could in ubuntu ,
any help many thanks

Noob here. Had the same problem. Here's how I fixed it:

Close all screenlets. Quit the screenlets program. Go to this URL -- http://askubuntu.com/questions/81184/ca ... nome-shell

Open a terminal and type each of the three "sudo" commands into the terminal one at a time. You'll have to enter your password each time.

I can't remember whether or not I had to restart LM12 afterwards, but it won't hurt to do so and doesn't take long either. Now when you open a screenlet, you should be able to click and drag it to wherever you want it to be.
