Streaming/transloading failed

Hi there,

using VLC player i wanted to convert wav file types to mp3.
I get the error, that there is some FFMPEG (libavcodec) installation encoder problem due to MPEG Audio layer 1/2/3

I guess (not sure) i have to add some installation files to linux mint lisa version?
What do you recommend? Which lib do I have to install? Or do I have to do sth different?
