Can not hear any sound from the speakers usinf linux mint Ma

Hi

I do open alsamixer and turn every setting to the max, still can not hear any sound from the speakers, using windows it is ok i hear the sound from the speaker, in linux mint choosing internal audio it works, but when testing the speakers no sound is listened.

How can i configure the speakers to reproduce any sound ?
