I've installed Mint 13 today, and I looking for a way to downgrade flash to version 10.3
The reason being that as of flash 11.1 Adobe turned of hardware acelleration.
Apparently it can still be enabled on older flash version.
Thanks in advance

In chrome you can enter about:plugins, see more details of the flash plugin, disable the latest and have any other version ON, but I don't know how to go as far as 10.3

Adobe has all their old flash versions available in their archive, I just don't know how to install it.

There's a complement to firefox for installing altenative versions of flash. Try it out and put in there the the url for earlier plugins. The extension is called "flash aid".
