Hello!
I have a problem: sound starts crackling when i increase the volume. I attached the picture when sound is normal, when sound is louder crackling starts
How can i fix this?

It is a speaker issue. When a speaker reaches its limit, voice just are cutting.

It's 100% program issue. My speakers can play much louder.
On Windows 7 I don't have any problems and sound by default louder than it is on Mint now.
Anyway, I returned to Windows. I had other problems with Mint which i can't deal.
