mint 13 maya microphone ploblems

Hello.
Could anybody help me?

I have installed mint 13 "MAYA" couple of days ago and have some troubles with microphone.
I tried configure it via alsamixer and pavucontrol but no results.

When I call to sound test service (skype) I just can hear a noise but not my words.
