Nokia website is playing back fine here. Do you have any content block add-ons installed? Like NoScript, Adblock, Flashblock or any similar?
Does mp3 audio play back work on other websites, or for files stored on your computer?
You can check in Firefox when you go to Add-ons, on the Plugins tab, whether you have the following plugins installed and enabled. These are the default for Linux Mint 13.

This will bring you to the detailed paged about your plugins. Search for the text "audio/mp3" (without the quotes). It should be found under the plugin "mplayerplug-in is now gecko-mediaplayer 1.0.4".
