when the headphones are plugged in the jack, still the sounds comes from the speakers, which in my opinion is annoying. how to fix this problem.
here are my sound card details if anyone has the fix please let me know. thanks in advanced.

I'm having the same issue. I'm not very computer savvy, and I'm very new to Linux. I've read that the sound drivers might need to be reinstalled but I'm not even sure where or how to start with that solution.
