I need the following codec: XVid HD++. I need this codec in order to play a movie i downloaded from the internet. The following text was added to the movie in a text file:
You need the XVid HD++ codec to play this movie!
99% this has to do with a wrong version of XVid.
You need to download the HD Version of Xvid.

Where can i get this codec and is it available for Linux? I'm not familiar with this type of codec. Vlc doesn't play the movie at all.
