Re: Flash or html5 issue ?
This is my first installation of Mint and I have exactly the same problem.
Running Nadia on my HP laptop with Intel graphics.

When I installed Mint 14 few weeks ago, everything was just fine. I guess this is due to a recent update somewhere...mannuz wrote:This is my first installation of Mint and I have exactly the same problem.

Re: Flash or html5 issue ?
I'm getting the same issue on Youtube vids. I tried disabling Flash's Hardware Acceleration, and I checked for updates in Synaptic. Nothing seems to fix it.

Re: Flash or html5 issue ?
Ok, I found the solution myself:
On chrome I typed:
chrome://plugins/
and disabled the following under Adobe Flash Player:
Name: Shockwave Flash
Description: Shockwave Flash 11.5 r31
Version: 11.5.31.137
Location: /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
(you have to click on "Details" to see it)
Issue resolved
