Banshee files greyed out why ?

Banshee files greyed out why ?

When I try to import files in Banshee I find that all of my music is greyed out and I don't know why. Can anyone help please. Thanks John

Where are the music stored? And is that location mounted? shows in nemo?

The files are all MP3 and the partition is mounted
