No Sound with Sound Blaster X-fi sound card

I have tried everything! My Sound Blaster X-fi Xtreme Music sound card is not producing any sound. It works fine on my windows machine. I found several supposed "fixes" to this issue, but nothing works for me. I am using 32 bit LM13. ALSA appears to recognize my card from the "alsamixer" terminal interface, and it is on the support matrix for ALSA. Has anyone had this problem with any of the Sound Blaster X-fi Xtreme cards? I could really use some help. Thanks a lot!
