OGG to AAC convertor

I Know there are a number of free convertors out there but can someone recommend one or two of the more popular ones that are easy to install and use.

Try transmageddon. you can find it in the software repository. I just verified that you use AAC audio codec with matroska output format.

BTW, another great program is winff, also in the repository. It is a front end for ffmpeg. I highly recommend it. Doesn't have preset for AAC though. You would have to create it manually.
