Re: Video hesitation

Longer term testing strongly suggests that rebooting minimizes the problem without having to reinstall any video players. This may indicate some subtle corruption occurs over periods of a week or two, perhaps a memory leak in some process. It would be strange, though, that such corruption is limited to video playback and never shows up as a more drastic problem. It is also surprising given that the use of the low-latency kernel might be expected to hide such effects unless they are occurring within nVidia's drivers.
