Linuxmint14 mate monitor displays help

Hi guys i'm new here and want to greet everybody,

Now have Linuxmint14 Mate and it runs perfect except for when i turn on power on PC i have to have the VGA monitor on prior otherwise the monitor will stay blank and showing the lowest resolution and i have to turn off and on PC so the menu shows on the screen,i run a intel hd 2000(GMA)graffics card, i have a led tv monitor connected to VGA and a second HD Sony tv with DVI all configured with the highest resolution 1920x1080 and use the Mirror settings for the displays, my question do i have to go in the terminal and conf something,i configured setting on the display monitor settings to be the default all mirror monitor,so why it keeps changing itself if i don't have one of the monitors on, and how can i change permanently on the terminal with Xandr.?

Also the screen goes blank as it has the hibernated mode on i went in the power management and told the system <never>go Idle any help would be apreciated.
