problem playing dvd
Hi, I just installed Elissa and got everything working, so I thought. When I tried to play a dvd with either mplayer or totem (the default players) they both crashed immediately and dissappeared. I rebooted hoping that would solve the problem (I did this with my music and it worked) but to no avail. I scanned this site but found no similar problems. Any suggestions anyone?

Did they give any error messages? Try setting mplayer preferences to use the X11 video driver.
