need batch/bulk audio converter ? how to ??

I have manjy mp3s which I need to convert to wave to make audio CD as k3b doesn't do that itself...

Or can anyone suggest a software that :

-converts the mp3s to wave on its own.
-then normalizes the tracks.
-then burns an audio cd.

I was thinking maybe converter lite would work with wine. Anyone tried that? (currently downloading wine)

Install libk3b6-extracodecs package.

PS. SoundKonverter is the best audio bulk converter..
