Followed the instructions here to upgrade, and it seems that Flash 10 won't let me use 2 devices with sound at the same time! Only Firefox or Banshee but never two at the same time. Isn't that why we got Pulseaudio?
Tried going back to 9 (as it was working fine) and when I did the apt install flashplugin-nonfree it gives me a 404:not found error. When I look in Synaptic it only has flash 10. something, and there is now no flashplugin-nonfree ver 9. What gives? It seems to have disappeared from the repos. I've taken a step backwards.
Flash seems to be working fine in Intrepid (which I'm using on another computer).

Re: Flash 10 clash
Intrepid has another kernel and also some changes to Pulse audio
I tried to find something but I get to many irrelevant hits
Flash 9 is removed - if I remember correctly it did not work all that well, but I may be wrong
Right now I don't have sound in flash at all.....
