Audio Delay

Post by dragon2005 »

Hi I'm new to Linux Mint and I'm trying to fix a sound issue im having.
When playing video files I seem to get audio delays some times up to a 2 or 3 seconds. But VLC player can adjust that even tho its annoying.
I'm also getting the same problem when playing youtube videos and some delay playing games.
The audio delay still plays after the video has been closed for a second or two.
I have done all the updates in the update manager.
Hopefully someone knows how to fix this problem.
Thanks

Here are my system details
