Oh ok.. sorry I didn't get you were referring to quicktime. It works in Bea, out of the box.
To make it work in Barbara you need to remove the realplayer plugins in /usr/lib/firefox/plugins (they're called helix or something like that), and install the package mozilla-mplayer (or mplayer-mozilla.. can't remember exactly).
