No Playback Sound Available
Hi friends, I'm using a compaq laptop cq50-106au.I'm running linux mint with a dual boot of xp. Some days ago I installed Amarok. It was playing fine. Now yesterday I hv uninstalled it,and after that i found by janitor that 1 deb package named amarok is still in.So i cleaned it up,powered off my pc. At next session the log in sounds played perfectly( the log in sounds are playing perfectly in every reboot), but there is no sound for any audio or video playback.I have tried all player installed in the system no result.I have checked in menu-prefer-sound also,but no sounds are playing there also. Please help me guys.I am facing some serious trouble here.

Install Amarok again
You may have uninstalled something that is needed
