Search the internet for "3gp converter linux" and ye shall find
The first hit is this

Hi, I don't know if what I got to post will help but heres what happens to me.
All 3GP movies that I have taken from cellphones and sent to the computer via email that via Cellphones I've recorded sound have disgusting sound like the people sound like chipmunks on linux Mint when they talk(obviously a codec issue).
In VLC (both windows and mint) lol it won't even play the sound (but video yes)
So the question is, what device did you use to capture the video? Downloaded vidoes work sometimes.
TRY REAL PLAYER! I think theres a port of it to linux no?
In windows Real Player played all my cellphone clips(3GP format) with no sound or picture issues. Search the reposotories. Try that!
