I'm using the fglrx driver and every time I shut down my computer the driver crashes with an 'oops' message. It's not terribly debilitating because it crashes while I'm shutting down anyway but still not really nice. This didn't happen on Mint 11. Does anyone know why this happens?

I've attached a screenshot of the oops message.

Hey I know it's been about a month since you posted this issue but I had the same problem and was able to find a solution.
Typing "sudo apt-get -f update" into the terminal fixed it for me!

It seems mostly fixed for me now too, but I still get intermittent oopses and occasional screen flickering. The drivers don't seem terribly stable still, even though they work...
