Driver for Realtek rtl8139/810x??

Hi, I just switched from windows Xp Pro to Linux Mint 13 Maya. I have a HP Pavilion Dv5217cl laptop and when i intalled all the automatic drivers and updates my wifi still isnt working I cannot even turn my wifi on with the button because that needs a driver. I looked on HP's website and they only have the drivers for WIndows XP and Vista. So is there any program or anything that can help me atleast get this driver and if not more or just a link to somewhere that this driver for linux. Thanks.

Open a terminal. Paste this line in:

echo "modprobe 8139too" | sudo tee -a /etc/modules

Now restart.
