I have a Clevo b5100 and want to install LM13

I tried the Live CD and it seems the network adaptor has a problem. I have included a screenshot of my hardware using Windows 7 that is already installed. Has anyone successfully been able to install this version with this hardware.

Linux Mint 10 works with this network adaptor but no version after that does.
