I'm running Mint 13 Cinnamon on an Aspire One 522 netbook
The new catalyst beta 12.9 drivers now work with suspend and hibernation. Yay.
The problem i'm having is that under power options, there is no way to set the machine to hibernate. The option is greyed out.
I can manually hibernate by using the terminal, but defeats the purpose of having a power saving menu.
How can I ungrey out this option?

Re: Hibernate is greyed out
HI,
Hibernate was disabled by default in Ubuntu 12.04 because it did not work right on many systems.
but you can re-enable it by following the instruction in the link below.
